The size of our wooden watch bands can be adjusted by removing some links from the strap. This is easily done by a jeweler, a watchmaker, or yourself. The delivery will include several screwdrivers that you can use to easily adjust the strap yourself.

DESCRIPTION

Made from reclaimed wine barrels

The first watch in history that is crafted from reclaimed oak barrels used to make red wine in Bordeaux, France. Carefully taken apart, the oak wood from barrels has been reworked into these truly unique timepieces. Each watch is numbered 001 - 300, a homage to the founding of Bordeaux in 300BC. It comes in a black sleeved pinewood box accompanied by a unique coin with a matching serial number, repurposed from the metal of the same barrel. Additionally, a 5ATM stone-brushed stainless steel case and a screwed-down oak bezel are contrasted by a brushed black dial with sapphire coated glass. Last but not least, you will find a geolocation engraved on the backplate, of where the tree for this one-of-a-kind watch is planted.

Can my watch be engraved?

Yes! Each WoodWatch can be engraved with a personal message of up to 60 characters on the backplate of the watch and be done during your order.

Can I adjust the watch to fit any wrist size?

Yes! The size of your watch can be adjusted by removing some links from the strap. This is easily done by a jeweler, a watchmaker, or yourself. Your delivery will include several screwdrivers that you can use to easily adjust the strap yourself.

Are the watches waterproof?

No, the watches are not completely waterproof. However, they are splash proof, so some light rain will not hurt your watch. Do not wear your WoodWatch in the shower or when going for a swim because the warranty does not cover damage from water or any other liquid.

Are the watches made of real wood?

Yes, they are. The wood we use originates from all over the world and is selected in several criteria. Our top priority is to be sustainable and to deliver high grade products to our customers.
