Shipping & Returns

After your payment is verified we will process and ship your order. Orders placed on business days before 17:00 CEST will be shipped out the same day, otherwise the next business day. Please note that engraved products need an extra 2 days for processing, after which it will be shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

We have a free worldwide shipping option: DHL Economy. DHL Express (extra fast) shipping is available for selected countries. Costs of this service vary between €9 - €20 for most countries.

How long does delivery take?

For a detailed overview of country specific delivery times please take a look at the table at the bottom of this page.

In short:

  • For orders to countries within Europe the delivery time for free shipments is between 1-6 business days.
  • Outside of Europe the delivery time for free shipments is between 6-12 business days.
  • Express shipping delivery time to countries within Europe takes 1 business day.
  • Express shipping delivery time to countries outside of Europe takes 2-4 business days.

Do I receive an online tracking number?

Free shipments can not be tracked online. Premium shipments with DHL Express receive a tracking message on their email and mobile cellphone number. With DHL's On Demand Delivery (ODD) feature it is possible to manage the shipment easily. With ODD it is possible to change when, where and how the delivery will take place. It is possible to:

  • Change the delivery date
  • Deliver at a DHL Servicepoint
  • Change the delivery address
  • Allow delivery to neighbors / reception / security
  • Allow delivery without signature
  • Hold package until you return from your holidays (max 30 days)

Does international shipping include customs charges and taxes?

For all orders to countries within Europe customs are included, that means that there is no need to pay extra for your package upon arrival.

For orders to countries outside of Europe unfortunately duties and taxes are not included in the price. We ship your items with DHL, but be aware that extra costs (customs and taxes) may be charged in your country. If you wish to learn about potential fees that apply in your country, it is best to contact your local customs office.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you are happy with everything that you buy from WoodWatch. If this is not the case you can get a refund or exchange of your purchase by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your item.

For customers within Europe the cost of the return shipment is covered by us. For customers outside of Europe we ask you to cover the cost of the return shipment.

Once the product is received we will refund your purchase (excluding any shipping fees).

What if I have to return a product that is covered by warranty?

WoodWatch products that are sent to customers are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of no longer than twelve months.

Return shipping will be reimbursed in the following manner:

  • For customers within Europe the return shipment is covered by us.
  • For customers outside of Europe the return shipment is covered by us up until €15 if the defect was reported to us within 90 days of your original order. For the reimbursement we need a copy of the receipt of shipment.
